Free during the founding teacher period
GoldStar is free to use during the current beta period. The first 75 teachers who sign up receive founding teacher status and free lifetime access. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans for new users after the beta period ends. Founding teacher access will be honoured as long as GoldStar operates.
No guarantee of outcomes
GoldStar generates draft progress notes and report card comments using AI. These drafts are a starting point — not a finished product. We make no guarantee that generated notes will be suitable for any particular student, grade level, school policy, or reporting requirement. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any note before sharing it with parents, guardians, or administrators.
Teacher productivity tool only
GoldStar is designed solely to help teachers draft written communications more efficiently. It is not a student assessment platform, a record-keeping system, or an official educational document tool. Notes generated by GoldStar should always be reviewed by a qualified teacher before use.
No affiliation with school districts or educational authorities
GoldStar is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by any school district, state education department, or educational authority. Use of GoldStar does not imply compliance with any specific district policy or reporting standard. Check with your school or district before using AI-assisted tools for official communications.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify users by email. Continued use of GoldStar after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
